Shaun has experience of working in the design office of a large national M&E contractor, as well as 28 years’ experience of running the East Midlands office of a large M&E Consulting practice.  He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical design and project management, including sustainability, and has worked within the education, residential, commercial, leisure and public sectors throughout his career.

Kieran joined the industry straight from school, training first in CAD and then in Revit whilst embarking on his educational career. He earned his degree in Building Services Engineering through day release studying, whilst gaining on the job experience of working for a large M&E consultancy. He has extensive experience in mechanical engineering design and has overseen major projects across most industry sectors. His electrical design experience has been developed with on the job training, supplemented by theory learnt at university.

Blye is the youngest of the family and has just completed his GCSE’s. He’s excited to join the family business as a Trainee Building Services Technician. Blye will be studying at City of Westminster College to obtain his qualifications and is looking forward to starting his career with the business”

Logan is joining the family business having come off the tools as a plumber. Logan plans to progress his career within the business and is hoping his site experience shows within his designs. Logan will be studying alongside his younger brother to obtain his qualifications.
